What's Covered

Duration: This warranty covers parts and labor on qualifying repairs and services for 24 Months or 24,000 Miles, whichever comes first.

Scope: Our warranty protects your investment on a wide variety of qualifying automotive repairs.

Nationwide Support: Your coverage travels with you. This warranty is honored at over 17,000 NAPA Auto Care locations across the country.

How to Use Your Warranty

Within a 25-Mile Radius: If you experience an issue with a covered repair while near our shop, contact Hiram’s Tire & Service Center directly to schedule a warranty-backed service.

Outside a 25-Mile Radius: If you are traveling or have moved more than 25 miles away from our shop, contact the NAPA Auto Care Warranty Administrator at 800-452-NAPA (6272). They will direct you to the nearest participating NAPA Auto Care Center.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover standard wear-and-tear items or routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations.

The warranty is void if the vehicle is abused, modified, or used for competitive purposes.

Damage caused by accidents, environmental factors, or a lack of proper maintenance is not covered.
